ABOUT ME
A mission trip to Manaus, Brazil allowed me to realize that the medical field and helping others in a tangible way is something I am passionate about.
Throughout my time at LSU, I was part of a bible study. This group of women have played a huge role in shaping me into who I am today.
The LSU lakes are a central part of the culture at LSU - I pass them daily and have walked around them many times. Time spent around these lakes walking with friends made it clear that working with people and being relational is important to me.
My family has played a huge role in developing me into who I am today. I am so grateful for all they have done for me and for the encouragement they constantly give me.
I spent one of my summers during college in Italy. My time there began to give me perspective on how big this world is and how important it is for us to cross cultural boundaries.
Being a part of a sorority gave me numerous opportunities to grow as a leader and individual. It also has helped me realize that contributing to the larger community is important.
In August 2013 I began pursuing a Master of Science in Health Administration
at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. I invite you click on the photographs below to get a
glimpse of what has led me to pursue a career in this field.
